Report of Disclosure of Information on Founded Wrongdoing

Report for period ending March 31, 2008

Following a disclosure, the Department investigated the actions of a departmental employee in respect to an alleged conflict of interest and concerns regarding contracting procedures.

After reviewing the findings of the investigation, the Department determined that disciplinary measures were warranted, and the employee was dismissed.
