Summative Evaluation of the Contributions Made to Indian Bands for the Registration Administration - Figure 2

Figure 2 shows two charts. The title of the first chart is "New application for registration for Indian status." The chart comprises six bubbles. The first, on the far left says, "Application form and supporting documentation." To the right, there are three bubbles in a vertical line, one on top of the other. The top bubble says "Local IRA." the middle bubble says "INAC regional office," and the bottom bubble says "Office of Indian Registrar." The bottom bubble contains an asterix with a note below that states, "Applicants born before April 17, 1985, must submit their application directly to the Office of the Indian Registrar." To the right of these three vertical bubbles are two more bubbles, one next to the other, horizontally in line with the middle bubble in the vertical series.
