Summative Evaluation of the Contributions Made to Indian Bands for the Registration Administration - Figure 2

Figure 2 shows two charts. The title of the first chart is "New application for registration for Indian status." The chart comprises six bubbles. The first, on the far left says, "Application form and supporting documentation." To the right, there are three bubbles in a vertical line, one on top of the other. The top bubble says "Local IRA." the middle bubble says "INAC regional office," and the bottom bubble says "Office of Indian Registrar."
