Mineral Rights and Mining Royalty

Please note that the Northern Mineral Rights and Mining Royalty forms have been administratively revised and converted into automated .pdf format. These automated forms allow for electronic completion, collaboration and transmission by email attachment, but not online submission. The data entered can be locally saved, accessed and edited. They enhance the user's experience by facilitating form completion. For example, certain calculations in the mining royalty form will now be automated. They provide a multitude of automated functions and features such as drop lists, standard naming conventions, as well as built-in standard data formatting.

The information you provide in these forms, except the Mining Royalty form, are part of public records on mineral rights open for public inspection, as prescribed by the Northwest Territories and Nunavut Mining Regulations.
