The Mineral Claims data does not appear in the table of contents until you are zoomed in to a scale factor less than 1000. The scale factor can be seen in the status bar at the bottom of your web browser.

If you want to use one of the tools on a layer, then you will have to make that layer active before using the tool. To do this click the radio button next to the checkbox that makes the layer visible. In the text window at the bottom of the viewer it should tell you that the layer is active.

If you get the error "Response from previous request(s) not received" click the “OK” button and wait for the initial request to process and then try again.
