Improvements in housing conditions for First Nations communities in the Atlantic region

April 15, 2009 - The Honourable Peter MacKay, Minister of National Defence, Minister for the Atlantic Gateway and Member of Parliament for Central Nova, on behalf of the Honourable Chuck Strahl, Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and Federal Interlocutor for Métis and Non-Status Indians with Chief Anne Francis-Muise, Pictou Landing, announces improvements in housing conditions for First Nations communities in the Atlantic region.
